We will be closed for holidays on Thursday 29th July and Friday 30th July in addition to the Tuesday & Wednesday
 

Summer Hours -  open 5 days a week (but you can call us!)

We will go back to 7 days in the Fall

 
Monday 4pm - 10pm
Tuesday Closed - but you can phone us!
Wednesday Closed - but you can phone us!
Thursday 4pm - 10pm
Friday 4pm - 10pm
Saturday Noon - 8pm
Sunday Noon - 10pm
   
Please note we run kids clubs Saturdays and Sundays 12.30 till 2.00 pm.

 

a Off Peak Hours are weekdays before 5.00 pm

a The gym is also available for private hire by instructors, schools,

     groups and corporate bookings
